First Appointment $80.00
At your first appointment you will be asked for the reasons concerning your visit, a medical history will be taken and questions regarding your lifestyle and diet may be asked. It is at this time that a herbal formulation will be prescribed for you and a treatment protocol that may involve realistic lifestyle modifications. This appointment is about getting to know you and therefore will be longer than future appointments. Allow 1hr to 1.5hrs.
Second Appointment $60.00
The treatment you have in place will be assessed. Adjustments may be made to your herbal formulation or any lifestyle modification that has not been manageable. Allow 45min to 1 hr.
Subsequent Appointments $50.00
These are for assessing your treatment protocol and making any modifications. Allow 30-45 mins.
Some treatment protocols may be long term as with arthritis sufferers. In cases like this supplements and herbs are collected without the need of an appointment and periodical consultations are made to assess treatment.
Miscellaneous Costs
Liquid Extracts are often prescribed for most clients and will cost $50 per bottle. This bottle should last 2 weeks or longer depending on your herbal prescription.
The aim is to keep your treatment plan affordable for greater compliance. If you have any concerns regarding cost please discuss these at your appointment. Once you are an existing client of Health Revisited you will only every pay for a subsequent appointment.
